The people who
get power projects
built.
We work across the power infrastructure ecosystem: independent power producers, developers, EPC contractors, and the infrastructure and private equity funds behind them. Permitting, interconnection, financing, and construction each decide whether a project reaches operation, and every one of them comes down to the people you hire.
Where power
infrastructure is heading.
Power is in the middle of its biggest shift in a generation.
Three forces are reshaping who gets hired, and how fast.
US electricity demand is climbing after two decades of running flat, driven by data centers, AI, and electrification. Roughly 90 of the 166 gigawatts of forecast peak load growth trace back to data centers, and utilities have revised their forecasts upward three years running. Every new megawatt needs people to develop, finance, and build it.
More than 2,000 gigawatts of generation and storage sit in interconnection queues, close to twice the capacity of the entire US fleet today. The average project now waits about four years to connect. Interconnection, permitting, and transmission decide what actually gets built.
Infrastructure funds, private equity, and independent power producers are deploying record capital into power. The constraint is rarely the money. It is the developers, engineers, and commercial leaders who can move a project from the queue to commercial operation.

Where we
operate.
Power infrastructure is a North American market for us, and a regional one within it.
Each grid operates on its own rules, capital, and talent pool.
United States
The deepest and most active power market we cover. Demand growth, interconnection reform, and new generation and transmission are concentrated here.
- NYISO, ISO-NE and the wider Northeast
- PJM and the Mid-Atlantic
- MISO and the Midwest
- ERCOT and the Texas build-out
- California and the West (CAISO)
Canada
A growing market for development and capital, led by Alberta's competitive power market and Ontario's procurement and grid investment.
- Alberta (AESO)
- Ontario (IESO)
- Hydro and renewables build-out
- Cross-border investment
Client types we
serve.
We work with a narrow set of client types, the organizations at the sharp end of building and running power.
Not every company in the ecosystem. The ones that need the best people to grow.
Developers and IPPs
Private equity-backed independent power producers and developers building and operating generation and storage. Engineering and construction, finance, and development are the most active search areas here.
- Utility-scale developers
- Independent power producers
- BESS and low carbon generation platforms
EPC and Construction
Engineering, procurement, and construction firms delivering projects on compressed timelines. Project delivery, construction, and engineering leadership.
- EPC contractors
- Owner's engineers
- Construction management
Investors and Capital Providers
Infrastructure funds, private equity, and specialist energy investors deploying capital into power. We support the platforms they back and their own teams.
- Infrastructure and energy private equity
- Project finance lenders
- Strategic and corporate investors

We know the market, not just the job spec
Our networks run across IPPs, developers, utilities, EPC contractors, and the infrastructure and private equity funds behind them. We understand interconnection, development, and how capital moves in power.
Access to people who aren't looking
The leaders who get power projects built rarely apply to job postings. They move through conversations, referrals, and relationships. Our network is built over time, not assembled for each search.
Honest about what we can and can't do
We only take mandates we are confident we can deliver. If a hire is outside our network, we will tell you. If a role needs a different approach, we will say so.
Specialists, not
a rotating desk.
A small team dedicated to power infrastructure across North America.
The same people who build the network run your search.
