Engineering and construction. Every storage and solar project announced on the floor needs a construction team six to 12 months before energization. The bottleneck is not capital or equipment. It is the people who have commissioned a utility-scale site before. Our Longroad Energy work placed six field roles across Texas, Arizona, California, and Utah for exactly that reason.
